Doctors and Staff
Robert V. Glaze, OD: Dr. Glaze graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry in 1979, and has been in private practice in Bellevue since that time. He is a native of the northwest and grew up on Mercer Island. Dr. Glaze has a special interest in contact lenses, computer related vision problems and laser vision correction surgery. Dr. Glaze is a member of the Washington Optometric Association and the Contact Lens Section of the American Optometric Association.

Charles J. Clayton, OD: Dr. Clayton joined our office in July 2000. He graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. Dr. Clayton grew up in the Yakima Valley. Dr. Clayton brings with him a strong background in the diagnosis and treatment of eye disease and specialty contact lens fitting. He also has experience in pediatrics, providing him with the special skills required in testing our younger patients. Dr. Clayton is a member of the Washington Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.

Nermeen H. Hamza, OD: Dr. Hamza graduated from New England College of Optometry in Boston in 2003. After graduating, she completed an additional residency in family practice/community health optometry and continued on at the college as a clinical educator of interns and residents for several years. Dr. Hamza has a strong background in ocular disease and has a special interest in dry eye syndrome as well as contact lens fitting. She is a member of the Washington Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. Dr. Hamza lives in Bellevue with her husband and 2 young sons.

Paul Glaze, Optician: Paul Glaze, Dr. Glaze's brother, has been a licensed optician since 1978, and is a master with frame selection and repair. Paul edges lenses in our in-office lab to ensure the highest quality. Paul has extensive knowledge of all lenses and lens treatments.

Donald M Blair DDS, ND: Dr. Blair graduated from the University of Washington School of Dentistry (DDS) in 1972. His belief in "prevention" is the most important part of his dental practice. Because of a strong interest in the prevention of dental disease, Dr. Blair went back to school and received his degree in Naturopathic Medicine (ND) in 1982. He has been practicing dentistry in Bellevue since 1974.
