Dr Jasmine Guan

Dr. Jasmine Guan received both her Doctorate in Optometry and undergraduate degree in Nutritional Science from the University of California, Berkeley. After graduation, she worked at a private practice in the Bay Area. 

Dr. Guan has extensive experience in primary eye care, ocular disease, dry eye and is particularly interested in managing myopia progression with Ortho-K, atropine, and dual focus contact lenses. Dr. Guan’s reasons for becoming an optometrist are two-fold. First, she has always been fascinated by how human eyes work. Second, she appreciates being a part of her patients’ lives. One of her top goals is to make sure patients leave their appointments with comprehensive information about their eye health so patients feel confident in their care.

Dr. Guan grew up in Shanghai, China. She recently moved from the Bay Area to the Pacific NW. She cherishes her time with family and friends and enthusiastically enjoys cooking, hiking, and exploring new restaurants.
